Privacy
Short version: your text stays on your device, and there is nothing to opt out of.
Last updated
This privacy policy was last updated on October 11, 2026; please review it periodically.
Your text is not sent anywhere
Typing, transliteration, Preeti conversion and practice scoring all run inside your browser as JavaScript. The characters you type are not transmitted to a server, not written to a database and not logged. Closing the tab discards them.
No analytics and no tracking
Google Analytics is not installed, and Google AdSense is not used. The site sets no measurement or advertising cookies and loads no tracking pixels or social plugins. If either service is added later, this policy will be updated first; those services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. See also about this site .
Browser storage is opt-in
The typing tool has a “Remember my text” switch. It is off unless you turn it on. When it is on, your text is stored in this browser’s local storage on your own device; the site never receives a copy. Turning the switch off removes it. See also our terms of use .
Server logs
The site is served as static files. A web host may keep ordinary access logs (the kind that record a request for a file), but those logs contain the page URL, not the text you typed inside the page.
Third-party services
The site does not embed third-party scripts or send your text to outside services. The hosting provider necessarily serves the files and may process request details in its standard server logs. The static typing lexicon includes aggregated word counts from the Leipzig Corpora Collection; it does not contain text submitted by visitors.
Children and consent
The site is for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. There is no sign-up, profile or contact form. If you believe a child has sent personal information by email, contact us so we can review and delete that message where appropriate. See also the contact page .
Your choices and contact
Remember my text is off by default; when enabled, it stores text only in your browser and you can turn it off to remove that saved text. You can ask questions about privacy or request review or deletion of an email you sent by writing to [email protected].
