Reporting a wrong word
The most useful message names the input and the output you expected, for example: “kotha gives कोथा, I expected कोठा”. That is enough to add an exception to the dictionary or fix a rule. See also how your text is handled .
Suggesting a feature
Say what you were trying to do, not only what you want built. “I need to type Nepali on a tablet with no keyboard” is more useful than “add a button”, because it leaves room for a better solution. See also the terms of use .
Preeti conversions
If a Preeti document converts badly, mention which font the document was made with and include a line or two of the original legacy text. That shows which mapping is missing.

How long does a reply take?
This is a small project with no support team, so replies are best-effort. Bug reports about wrong conversions are read first.
